Serving Customers For Over Twenty Years Fast Water Heater Company provides installation and repair of hot water heaters in Washington, Oregon and California. We have been in business for over 20 years. All of our technicians are company employees and not sub-contractors and our locations are company owned. We are licensed and bonded in every state we operate in. We currently service: * Western Washington, including the greater Seattle-Tacoma and Puget Sound Region, * Oregon from Vancouver to Albany including the greater Portland metro area, * Northern California including the San Francisco Bay Area, the East Bay, the Peninsula, Sacramento and San Jose, * Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and Riverside counties, and * San Diego county. In addition to servicing customers directly, Fast Water Heater Company also provides installation services for major big box retailers, all of the major water heater manufacturers and several major energy companies. We stock our own warehouses in all of our locations and run our own crews in each of our markets.

very fast, knowledgeable of all up to date codes for the area. excellent customer service. Trevor Crowder clearly & honestly explained what needed to be done including all costs. he offered some great ideas on how to clean up the mess. Great work in replacing an old leaky water heater with a new one. he clearly installed it as if it were his own home. i felt i was in good hands. he looked and acted very professional in my home. I Highly recommended him.

This review is for Trevor C of Fast Water Heater SF East Bay Marin. I'm glad that Trevor was the one who came to my home in Newark to provide an estimate. I'm a new homeowner and did not know anything about water heaters but had a ton of questions. My goal was to move the water heater from the living room closet to the garage. I asked about 2 options: tankless and tanked water heaters. Trevor was very informative and patient on describing the pros and cons of both options and answered all my questions, which was really helpful. I was extremely happy with the service that I got from Trevor. Thank you Fast Water for sending over Trevor.
I had a water heater installed today and Warren H was very informative, friendly and made me feel that he could handle any issues with the installation. I would definitely request Warren H again if I needed this type of service in the future. He was very professional and I am very pleased with the result.

For Robert James Labason: I was overwhelmed with the graciousness and professionalism shown by Mr. Labason. On one of the hottest days of the year, he installed a new garbage disposal, fixed the waste line, added a basket and strainer and thoroughly tested each item before finishing. It was not an easy job, it had been years without any care under the sink and the pipes were covered with lime deposits. He explained everything that he did and gave me tips on maintenance of the disposal. He is an asset to your company and I appreciated his expertise! Thank You for sending this gentleman to help me. I was very pleased with the service I received from Fast Water Heater technician, Mitch. He contacted me 20 min prior to arrival to tell me he was on his way. He quickly assessed situation and asked me about parking and how I wanted to dispose of the 50 gal water in old heater. I was very pleased to hear that the water did not have to be shut off for my entire building unless there were a problem, which there was not. Mitch laid down covering for floor to bring in the new heater. While he thought it would take 1 1/2 hours, it ended up taking only a little over a hour once he got started. He carefully explained my costs and where warranty would be kept on side of heater. Finally, he explained I had 6 months to get inspection done by City of Mercer Island, though the permit was paid for today. I would highly recommend Mitch and his company. Ventura installed the garbage disposal and Roberto James installed the toilet. Very happy with both of their work.. I am giving them the highest rating 5 stars. If it needs a 10, then they get it......left my house clean and took the old equipment with them..Thank you guys!!!!!
Rob Jacobs provided excellent service replacing our hot water heater, including reconnecting our solar drain-back system and getting everything up to code, on what was going to be his day off.
Great Service from Kevin Clement of Fast Water Heater Orange County California. He did a great job on the installation and answered all our questions. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and did a great job explaining the operation of the new tank. Excellent Service.
Rex O. was our maintenance technician from SF East Bay Marin area. He called about 45 minutes before arriving just as promised when we made the appointment. He gathered information on the problem from us and tested the water heater. After evaluation, he gave us two options with associated costs clearly stated. We selected replacing the parts he believed that were causing the problem. In less than an hour, he completed the repair and cleaned up the working area. He explained the paperwork and what to do if we had any further problems. Soon after he left, we ran to the closest faucet and we found that the hot water was flowing again. We called Fast Water Heater when our water heater went out about four years ago and they put in the new one. I can honestly say that we were treated fairly and honestly both times. My personal recommendation if you live in his service area is to ask for Rex. I think you will be really pleased with his service.
Jeff A. was a delight to have come by and work on my kitchen faucet. Prompt and only did what was asked. Didn't have to deal with the upsell of unnecessary work. He was in and out in 40 minutes. Will repeat.
