Dan was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He made recommendations and explained the reasons and gave me the option to choose what work I wanted to be done. No pressure, he was neat and cleaned area where he was working. I am very pleased with the service that Anton's has provided.

Our air conditioning went out Labor Day afternoon. I called Antons Air Conditioning the next morning. I explained that my 94 year old father-in-law lives with us and the house was pretty hot. They had a technician at our house by 9:30 am. Dan was very thorough, explained all my options and priced each one. They even let me use two coupons from Angies List that saved us $89. I was very impressed with Dan and decided to buy a service agreement because of him. I wont hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Anton's was great! We woke up with no heat and Josh came out early in the morning to diagnose and fix the problem. He could not have been nicer. Explained things in a way I could understand. I saved a lot of money by signing up to be a preferred customer. Later that evening, the heat stopped working again. I called back and Anthony came out very quickly. They did not charge me a "trip fee" because they had been out earlier in the day and the problem was not solved. It was determined that some sort of board was malfunctioning. Anthony was great! He also explained everything so I could understand it. He took his time, installed the part, checked it several times while the unit was re-set to make sure the heat kicked on and off. We slept comfortably and had plenty of heat. Anthony went above & beyond the call of duty by explaining everything in ways that I could understand. Very friendly & professional. I saved close to $100 by being a preferred customer. I will be a customer for life.

Been a customer for 18 years, have always had great service. Technicians are very professional, conscientious and know there stuff.
