Excellent service, friendly staff, I would reccomend Dr. Akerman to anyone with foot troubles

I have heard of Dr Akerman for years, now I see why. She does an excellent job.

Dr. Ackerman was the best. She explained everything that she did. I have and will tell my friends and family about her. I just love her and her staff.

I have seen Dr. Akerman several times including a fracture and cyst requiring surgery. She has always explained my treatment completely and made certain I understand what I need to do to heal. She is a careful and caring physician. I am so very happy with the care I have received.

I found Dr. Akerman a few years ago when I suffered from an ingrown toenail and after comparing doctors online. Dr. Akerman explained clearly what she needed to do (remove the nail) and why and what to expect. It found it a piece of cake." I followed her post-surgery instructions and have come back religiously ever since for care for my severely deformed feet. (So far Medicare has covered it--but if it didn't, I would try to come up with the money myself.) also value her friendly staff.
