Terry A came to provide fall maintenance on the carrier system on the house and did a very good job
My appointment for winterization for 2 homes was 8am. By 9 no one showed. I called and they were very apologetic and within and hour someone was here. Mistakes happen and the initial service tech was sick. Terry came out, was quick, nearly invisible, gave me some helpful advice and was done. It was painless and I feel confident I am ready for the winter. Terry was professional on all counts.
Dustin did a super job. Stayed late and got the job done. Had equipment in good working order before he left. He is a good technician.

Terry did an excellent job inspecting our HVAC units which we have come to expect after over 30 years using Roscoe Brown. Terry was very professional, knows his stuff, explained everything well and friendly. It is easy to see he likes both his job and his employer.

Chris was very professional and proficient. He did a great job. I hope I get Chris back the next time my HVAC unit is serviced. I will definitely use Roscoe Brown again.
David was a true professional who took the time to answer questions that my wife and I had. He was thorough in his inspections and subsequent repairs. Without hesitation I would recommend both David and the Roscoe Brown team for any and all plumbing repairs

Josh, of Roscoe Brown provided excellent service recently. He performed regular maintenance of our home AC/heating unit. He was knowledgeable, efficient and explained the process clearly to us. I'd recommend him highly as a technician.

Jim W. with Roscoe Brown is the service rep who has been to our home twice to work on our ancient AC. I can's say enough good things about this tech or this company. Jim has managed to keep our unit going when we thought it was on its last legs - he could easily have sold us on replacing the motor, etc., but his honesty and integrity were evident, as he repaired only what was necessary. I also appreciate the speed with which the company got him to our home (nothing like a broken AC in 90+ weather). I will continue to use this company for all our AC & Heating needs and highly recommend them. I'm not affiliated with the company in any way; just a very satisfied customer.

I had my HVAC service check performed by Dana Kimsey from the Roscoe Brown shop. Mr. Kimsey was competent, professional, and knowledgeable, did a great job. I am all set for the winter. With technicians of this quality and character, I recommend Roscoe Brown Heating and Air.

I wrote the previous 4 star review but would like to upgrade to 5 stars. My call was returned promptly and Jim informed me it would probably take a little longer for my system to catch up. He told me if it didn't he would be happy to come back out free of charge to try to find the problem. Well, he was correct and he also called my back a few hours later to check. Great customer service.

I wrote a previous review concerning AC not being able to maintain setting and subsequent repair visit and AC still not obtaining desired temp despite a couple hours passing. Well, my call was returned by the technician who worked on my unit earlier today (Jim). He explained that it would probably needed a little more time and the sun to start to go down to catch up but that he would gladly return, free of charge, it needed. Not only was he right but he called a few hours later to check. Great customer service.

Our upstairs HVAC unit started having trouble maintaining the set temperature. I called Roscoe Brown this morning and they were able to send a technician out this afternoon. Their technician was extremely courteous and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part needed for the repair was able to do it right then. Only problem is that it's still 80 degrees and it was "repaired" 2 hours ago. I'm hoping it's just taking a little longer to cool as it's our upstairs unit (heat rises) and it's extremely hot today. I'm awaiting a return call to see if I should be concerned. I also realize that there might be multiple things wrong and only one was detected. Hence the 4 star rating. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Jim Wood came and educated my roommate and I about our AC system while fixing the problem. He was very nice and easy to work with.
We have used Roscoe Brown for years and have always found them to be professional, courteous and masters of their trade. Jim Wood is one of their Techs and I highly recommend him for your service needs.
