My fiancé took her car in to get her tires rotated and balanced before a trip to Florida. The guy at the desk asked her if there was any alignment issues or vibrations. She said no, she just wanted her tires rotated and balanced. So later on I dropped her back off to pick the car up and they charged her for an alignment. They said a wheel was bent and it was throwing everything out of whack. Instead of calling her and explaining this to her, they went ahead and performed an alignment that she never asked for and charged her for an alignment. I went there with her the next day and asked them to show me where the wheel was bent, since they never offered to show her. They put the wheel and tire on the balancing machine, and the wheel was clearly not bent at all when they spun it on the balancing machine. Needless to say this is the second and last bad experience she has had there. I will never recommend this place and will steer anyone I know away from them. They just lost good customers

I would not take a toy car to this place.
