I visited the store on Old Fort Parkway this morning. My car battery had a dead cell and would no longer start without a jump. A friend jumped my car off and I drove there to purchase a battery. as I was at the counter purchasing the battery, the employee informed me he would not be Installing it for me because it was too cold outside. And he would get frostbite if he did so. I thought he was joking. He was not. Needless to say, I was appalled. I told him he could keep his battery and I would be taking my business elsewhere. And I did. To Auto Zone. They had a better guarantee and Installed it in less than five minutes without a complaint. I told them About what happened and they were pretty shocked and amused. Needless to say, I am letting everyone know on social media to never visit any O'Riley store. I only wish I rememebered that employees name.

We were in a pickle. We called these great guys and told them our dilemma, they were very helpful!. Thanks for being so GREAT! God Bless you! (Upper radiator hose)
