I always take my Honda vehicles back to this dealership service department because everyone there is so courteous, efficient and peasant! Joseph, Mike and Vance have all been very helpful! However, my Number One Service Rep is and has always been Sandy Ireland! She just has a special way of explaining things to me in a way that makes total sense. She is always cheerful, and lets me know when my car is ready as quickly as possible, as I usually wait for it in the lounge area. I always feel welcomed and comfortable with Sandy!

We just leased our fourth Honda from Metro Honda. Everyone was amazing and they found us the exact car we wanted. May 19,2014. zMyscheduled service for my CRV was 715am w/c I thought was 730am. I came really early and Iknew Vance was busy w/ costumer ahead of me. I appreciate him recognizing my presence. So I waited few minutes. Then he called me and explained what my car really needs.
