I was quoted 185.00 over the phone to clear my home sewer pipe, i was sure that the price would change after they got here or at the end of the job. well guess what it didn't to my shock, and it took them a while to clear the problem. and on top of that they used a pipe camera to check my line for free. I was almost Ripped Off by R / Rooter, on a sewer line replacement, i decided to check around for a second opinion, i found this company on line. on the web site it said free second opinions, so i gave them a call.They sent out Jose Aviles and it was obvious after speaking with him for a few minutes that this man new his stuff. Turns out i needed only a small repair next to the house where the landscaper broke the sewer pipe a few months ago. the rooter company was going to charge me 4500.00 dollars . American Drain only charged me $310.00 with a one year warranty. very glad i found them.

I called a couple of local plumbing and Drain service companies in Miami Dade for some free estimates on future work, the only one that came right out was American drain Corp. the fellow was very pleasant, he recommended alternative solutions that no one had suggested, they had plumbing discounts, and plumbing repair flat rates. i was very happy with the estimates they gave me, and i will definitely use them for this work. they explained how the sewer video inspection service was performed, and also the Smoke test system will help locate the problem in my sewer line.

I had a bad smell at times inside my house, i have had a few plumbers out to see if they could pin point the source of the bad sewer like smell. the first plumber told me the seals in my toilets were bad, i went a head and had them replace the seals under the toilets hoping that would get rid of the smell, it was fine for a few days and then the smell came back. the second plumber told me i needed to have my septic tank pumped, so i went a head and had that done, no go,, a friend told me about American drain and how they test for problems in the plumbing drains, i called them out and they did what they called a smoke test. they found the problem right away. i had my roof done last year and seems one of the pipes that go threw to the roof was broken off in the attic, sewer gases worked there way in to the house from that broken pipe in the attic, the gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable seems hes been doing this a long time, he got it right the first time..

called for service today, i was told that they would have some one out between 12 and 2 guess what they actually showed up when they said they would,, i had the same job done at one of my other properties by one of the large national rooter company 7 months ago and paid over 300 dollars, i paid less than half that amount with American Drain, they cleared the line and even helped my tenant clean up the water,

I called last week for slow drain in my bathroom, i had a rooter company out the same day and they wanted 345 dollars to clear my bathroom sink, thank god i decided to shop around, American Drain sent a super nice technician. he looked over the problem, removed the drain that seals the water in the sink pulled out a bunch of hair, put the pop up back and to my shock it drained perfectly, i can not believe that rooter company was going to charge me almost 350 dollars for something i really did not need. American charged me $85.00 and threw in a bottle of natural enzymes drain cleaner. Very honest they could have charged a lot more........ great company!!!!

Very nice The owner came out himself to show me the problem in my sewer line, he had a camera and explained to me step by step why my bathrooms kept getting clogged, offered several solutions and the cost between them, they took care of the problem and gave me a great warranty.

Second time i have had to use this company!! my water heater busted late last night 12:30 to be exact i called American Joe came right out removed the old tank capped the lines so i could have water til the next day he told me how much it would cost, they were out this morning installing the new water heater. i had my hot water back before 10am the next day.. and the price was very very reasonable, am i glad i found these guys.

Wow! great company, Great service very reasonable rates, i was told a by one of the big Rooter company's that my line needed to be replaced at a cost of $7800.00 bucks. American came out re cleared my line did a free camera inspection, and found a problem in a small section next to the house, they solved my problem for less than 500.00 Dollars including the cleaning. these guys are honest. highly recommended.
