Polite, knowledgeable very good attitude

Patrick arrived at the scheduled time to install a new water heater in our house. He and Rodney worked diligently the entire morning, only stopping for a short lunch break. When finished, they cleaned up their work space. My wife and I are pleased with their service and the product.

Patrick is a newer tech and is still a great one. He is very courteous and professional as well. He's got good experience and was very helpful. I will definitely recommend him and Stuart Services.

Rodney F. is a great technician. He is very professional and very passionate about his profession. I was a little nervous about having someone break up our floors (tile and slab), but he did a great and a very clean job and fixed our issue. We will definitely request him again for any future needs, hopefully there wont be any.

I had bathroom drains backing up for long time and tried everything to fix them. Finally called Stuart Services based on the good reviews I saw online. They did not disappoint. Scott M. kept me informed of when he could be there and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. Most importantly he knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem quickly. Very relieved to have this problem fixed and very happy with the service I got from Scott and Stuart Services. Scott also looked at some other things like Hot Water heater to see if I needed help with anything else and gave me the all clear. I will call Stuart Services again and will recommend them to others. Tim and Josh came out and reran my gas line to my home generator. They did an outstanding job.... Mr. Eddie - came out to trouble shoot my HW heater problem and he was the best... Knows his busy, I would recommend him and his guys to do work when it comes to plumbing... Only issue , seems to be a little pricey....

Both gentleman did an outstanding job changing out my electrical panel . VERY professional and excellent craftsmanship...

The service by the 2 gentleman were outstanding.. they we very professional and their work was excellent.. Just so happen, the HW heater had a defective main gas valve which took Mr Eddie the master plumber to fix...

Kenny initially came out & went thru everything with us. Unfortunately work appointment had to be cancelled due to storms. The company quickly set up new date and Jeremy came at scheduled time & explained what they were doing & got everything started. Kendell came and rewired a new elec. box. He worked all day ( I think he even skipped lunch). He too explained the procedure & any questions we had he answered. He finished at the time he said. Kendell came in and went over bill; he was very courteous, friendly, and professional. We have used Stuart in the past and will use them again in the future. Their employees are well trained in customer skills as well as technical skills. Also, the woman who sets the appointments and calls to let you know they are on the way is very helpful and polite.

scott m. Was very professional upon first meeting him. He came looked over all the stuff I needed to have repaired and gave me an estimate. He was on time for the first meeting and actual repairs. He has a good work ethic and is positive and upbeat about his job. He also has a good sense of humor which I personally like! Keep up the good work!

It's the beginning of June and 91 degrees and your air goes out. All I could see was dollar signs in my mind. Chris C. from Stuarts came out and fixed our problem quickly. I appreciated his honesty...we didn't know what was wrong with our system and he could have sold us an entirely new unit, but our challenge was minor and relatively inexpensive. Some companies could have taken advantage of us and that is why I use this company! They did not take advantage of our weakened and overheated situation. Couldn't be happier with our experience.
