Founded in 1993, McMichael Mills manufactures and distributes a range of covered elastic yarns that are produced by wrapping nylon, cotton, polyester and other fibers around a spandex and latex rubber core. Its yarns are used by the hosiery, fabric and medical trade markets for the production of socks, bra straps, waistbands and bandages. The company includes a manufacturing plant and warehouse. McMichael Mills produces more than 500 single-, double- and air-covered elastic yarns.
