Everyone I had contact with were great. The Tech that made the repair (Richard) had our water back on fast. The scheduler sat us up the same day and sent a invoice at finnish of job.
In the process of replacing my Bosch dishwasher I broke of the supply line fitting. Had to turn off the water to the house. Called Kooline and they had someone there within 30 minutes. Great customer service, great field service folks. I will definitely call them for any of my plumbing needs.
What a wonderful experience! The guys that came out to fix my leak were knowledgeable, friendly, professional & kind. They WANTED to do a good job & I learned a few things that will be helpful in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I would recommend this company to everyone.

The tech was on time. He explained the problem to me and did not try to add extra costs. Very reasonable price and the service was excellent.

Fast service on a Saturday afternoon. Fixed our leaking outside faucet.
Mohammed was incredibly efficient and polite while fixing our water line that had an accidental screw screwed into it.
Came out promptly and explained my options and rectified a leak with my soft water system. I am very happy the service I received and highly recommend them
Last minute call on a Saturday night to fix my outside hose bib. They were there right away and fixed it up very quickly. Very happy and will definitely be a return customer.
They came as scheduled, plus sent Email reminders of the appointment.
They replaced cartridge in shower.
Price was the higher side, compared to my regular plumber, who was not available.
Overall 5 star.
I was told I needed way more work done than necessary because the plumber didn’t know how to turn the water on in one of the showers. My mistake for not asking for a quote on what u did have done, because I could have bought and installed a brand new toilet for cheaper!! I will not be referring this company to anyone nor using them again. Don’t take advantage of people!!

Deryl was the gent that came to our house, to fix our clogged up kitchen sink. Pleasant and easy to chat with, he did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job of diagnosing and solving our problem! Very impressed with this talented young man!
He was super friendly, on time and got the job done quickly. I did wonder a few things however. 1. Why he didn’t wear a mask or ask if I wanted him to, 2. Why your company doesn’t use shoe coverings to keep the dirt and germs off the carpet when you have to walk through the house. 3. Why a soaking wet towel would be left on the floor and one one under the sink on the wood when both could we easily been left in the sink where it wouldn’t damage anything.
Communicative and friendly staff! I would highly recommend.
