Kooline did what none of the other companies (including the company I have a service contract with) could do. They inspected my AC on a Saturday within a few hours of my initial call. The problem turned out to be a simple mistake made by the home builder, and it only took the tech a few minutes to find and fix the issue. So rather than 6 days of no AC because Chas Roberts was too busy to make a service call, my family only had to deal with the heat for one night. I am very satisfied with Kooline's responsiveness and professionalism.
