Called 800 number as specified on problem setting up mini box. Woman I spoke to extremely rude and discourteous and was of absolutely no help.

Contacted Cox Deming Road 3 days later. Technician I spoke to (Jonathan) was extremely patient and helpful. My experience on that call was the direct opposite of initial call to the "800" number and allowed me to get my tv up and running on new system.

The employees who are SUPPOSED to be answering inquiries at the number posted in the mini box instructions should be instructed in how to give good customer service and should know their jobs.

Asking a customer "what do you expect me to do" is rude shows how in adequately trained that are - that at least certainly applies to the woman I spoke to
