A year ago we purchased from Harris Ford a used Pacifica. This year it suffered severe mech. failure. Harris Ford allowed us to trade it for a newer used Ford Escape. We are very relieved that we no longer are paying for a "dead" car. Thank you Aaron Osborne of Harris Ford!

I bought a used Ford Escape at the used car superstore in Burlington. The Finance manager got us a better loan after we had already decided to buy the car. Sorry don't remember his name. At the Lynwood store, Eric Wray worked hard to find something we would be interested in. When he couldn't find anything, he was honest and told us about the Escape that we bought even though it was in Burlington, and he didn't make anything off of it. Two very good examples of integrity in your staff.

We, as internet consumers concerning an auto purchase have found that when a deal appears to be too good to be true, it usually is. This "was not" the case when dealing with Harris Ford. We bought a 2003 Corvette, Julu of 2011 from Harris Ford. The important parts of an internet deal are integrity and honesty, and Harris Ford is at the top of both categories. The prime examples were: the car arrived without the spare key, entrance FOB and Owner Manual. Harris Ford made good on their word and we now have all three items paid for by Harris Ford. As out of state consumers, we questioned the License fees and Harris Ford returned the $60.00 in a timely fashion. Thank you Harris For for a very enjoyable auto purchase experience, we will recommend you to anyone looking to buy an automobile.

the vehicle we chose was to have nav. In way home found out it did not. Harris Ford however did an excellent job getting the same color car with nav at different dealer, had to go back to return and complete deal. Work all over was not that big of deal

When I went to Harris Ford I was greeted very quickly, asked all the right questions, I truly felt bad at that instant. I was wishing that we would have gone to Harris Ford before we went to the other dealership to purchase our MKX.I. I will be buying my next vehicle from Harris regardless of what the model it is. If my vehicle servicing experience is anything like a vehicle sale I know we will walk out happy with our vehicle as well as the experience itself. Harris Ford, hands down, has the best service department I have ever visited.
