Horrible experience. She seeems nice but her work is horrible. She did two crowns for me, the crowns were nice but she ignored that I was getting pain after, she covered up dying nerves and just made the problem worse. I had to go back a couple times after and she refused to address my pain appropriately, she used a laser treatment and gave some excuse. I knew I would never go back after this and I never did. I continued to get pain and sensitivity and finally saw a new dentist today who said that it was good that I came in... the nerves under the crown were almost necrotic and there was bacteria already under the crowns... he too joked and said nice crowns at least but very shoddy work. As I said I think she means well but she is more concerned about making the dollars and brushes of her clients concerns. She had said ... oh I dont want to do a root canal but she could have addressed it properly. She did a patch up job with the crowns then laser for the pain and never addressed the problem properly .... meanwhile she took over a thousand dollars ... almost 2,000 for all of this and wasted my time. I had to get two root canals on those teeth and pay extra money now... shame on her!Wouldnt recommend her at all .. my new dentist is great!

I had an amazing experience at Dr.Nellys office.She is very nice and knowledgeable.The office is very nice and modern and state of the art technology.
