The letter was titled "First Notice Requesting Hazard Insurance Information. Therefore, I provided this information to April. April Copley,My mortgage lender did not receive a proof of insurance. So I called my agent at Alandale. Within 15 minutes April called me back and let me know she will take care of the situation. She faxed the proof of insurance to my lender and a confirmation to let me know. A quick response & service from April. Thank you
