Thank goodness that Yolie was working on my account: she saw that I had a cancellation notice and called me to remind me that my payment was due!!!!! My payments was made in full and the best thing is that she took it right on the spot! Christina assisted me for the last couple of weeks trying to obtain documents for the claims we had with Mercury.
