I originally just wanted a brochure but in talking with Jason I actually drove the vehicle and now have put it at the top of my list. We got a Sentra from Jenkins and thanks to Rita Garrison and her willingness to step out of her normal area of online sales, she was so wonderful to work with us and get us set up with someone to help meet our needs. Even through the buying process she consistently would check on us and made sure we were well informed as to what was available to us. I wasnt totally in the market to buy that day, but her willingness to help the way she did and the salesperson we dealt with swayed me to get the car. I went to Jenkins Nissan because I heard that they had the best prices on cars but was really amazed at the level of service I received. Upon arriving at Jenkins Nissan, Mike Barnes introduced himself and offered his assistance .Mike was kind and had a lot of patience showing me about 40 Altimas on two different lots. I never felt pressured and he was a pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable on all the vehicles. He spent 5 hours with me and wanted to make sure I was happy before we signed the paperwork. the next day I stopped by to give my title for my traded vehicle and get some business cards. I was very encouraged to see that he had bible verses on the back of his cards. Jason was thorough and attendant to I and Sandy's questions about the vehicle. After driving one and working out the numbers, we drove a brand new 2012 Juke home. I explained what I was looking for and Mario led me in the right direction. We found the perfect truck. I brought my husband back to the dealership and he was very happy with the decision. We delt with the internet sales manage Rita and it was the an excellent transaction, lowest price as we drove from orlando to lakeland to make the purchase. I almost didn't buy my Altima from these folks after reading the post by Kevin! But I have to say in the end everything was put in writing by Rita in the Internet Department. As she said "...please don't get hung up on the trade"....."look to the bottom line". And their bottom line beat the nearest competitor by nearly $1900 dollars! I too had priced my trade on KBB and Carmax.......but Rita was honest, upfront, no games.......itemized the buyer's order for me prior to my trip there! Also the $5.00 oil changes for 5 years - just another added bonus! And the holiday cash of an extra $500 dollars she emailed me the link to Nissan's page so that I could verify that it would expire and when. Before I went there I tried hard to get an appraisal over the phone....kinda of funny when I think about it now...but Rita insisted that email pictures, my vin#, mileage.....and I did and they stuck right behind the appraisal. A couple of extra steps but when shopping for the best price I got to do it all from home! So thanks Jenkins Nissan....great deal, great service......
