I recently experienced the electronic magic of Computer Xpress when my hard drive failed, causing data loss. These wonderful techs, who were supportive and friendly, were able to retire al of my documents and pictures from my hard drive. I now also know ways to better back up my data. Thanks, guys!

More people should know about Computer Xpress. They are fantastic. My hard drive died and they were able to retrieve all of my pictures and documents. They were efficient and the price was reasonable.

I took my computer there to get it worked on and it was the worst experience I ever had from any repair shop. They are rude and not professional at all, there was some older man there with white hair and beard and very heavy set. They lost all my files and told me that my hard drive was bad but the funny thing is that it was working fine other than an fbi virus when I took it to them. Since I have gotten it back I went on craigslist and found someone who had many years of knowledge and he repaired it and now it works perfectly. My advise is to not use these people because they do not know what they are doing at all and they should not even be in business. If you are wise take your business elsewhere and do not do business with these losers.
