The oil change was done quickly and efficiently. I asked them also to check the headlights. He said they were adjusted. They still have a shadow halfway down the windshield.

This was my first car purchase from a large dealership. I was searching for a car that got great gas mileage, dependable and had an exceptional reputation. I have only owned American made cars, so needless to say, that's what I was looking for. I came across this 2010 Hyundai Elantra on auto trader. The cars mileage is above average, but was clearly well taken care of. The key was the 100,000 mile warranty. Martin Ubaldo was my salesmen. Has was very knowledgeable about the car. Answered every question I had and then some. He was very professional, and this carried on when I met with the finance manager. I don't have great credit, but I'm rebuilding. They understood and did an amazing job getting me financed. Overall, what a great experience. I would most certainly recommend going to this dealership. You won't be disappointed! I will definitely be coming back here to purchase my next vehicle.
My experince was not a bad one. Tjey were pleasant and got the work done in a timely manner. My car broke on the weekend so it was done by Tuesday. One thing I think they should start doing is washing the vehicles after a service. The ford delearship I used in New Mecico would do that. Its nice to pick up a clean car
I had a coworker who told me about making her purchase here, and I was contacted by Frank after making an internet inquiry. I had previously had two less than positive dealership experiences, so I was a little leafy. Frank was helpful and was keeping in touch with me before I purchased the vehicle. He secured my financing over the phone and even drove to Austin to pick me up to finalize my purchase. I appreciated his honest approach. This was my first new vehicle ever, as well as my first after 2 years of no vehicle. Frank made the process as easy as possible.
