Very good as it was part of the service I purchased with the Beasley Advantage Maintenance e program.
It was an oil change. It went fine. They found a few other things that needed to be checked. Do you have any coupons? I had some on my computer but must have deleted them.

my daughters took car for me. They said he was courteous and did the job quickly.
We were greeted by a nice young man who explained they may be behind because one worker was absent - however we were out within an hour and everything done. It was a pleasant waiting room with everything clean and neat-thanks so much. I really can't remember who the greeter was, but he was very courteous.

I brought my car I for an oil change, state inspection, and to have the upholstery and a recall fixed. I was greeted by a couple people in the service department. My car was finished in a timely manner.

This was our first time to this dealership. We had previously purchased from Roger Beasley Mazda south. My family and I had a great experience from the waiting area to the the sales men. Frank was super nice and helpful with all our questions. The kids area was clean and full of activities for our daughter to keep her busy while we spoke business. The only part that we didn't enjoy was the finance guy. He was not very knowledgable or helpful with our questions and didn't seem to even want to help us. It was very disappointing to end out visit with him. Otherwise everything was great.

Your service associate was very friendly. My only complaint was that I made a 7:30 appointment a week in advance for an oil change and it took over 90 minutes to complete even though it did not seem very busy...
I went to Roger Beasley Hyundai to purchase a spare tire. For the most part I was happy with the experience, but was a little dissatisfied when it came time to pay. The computer was down and it wouldn't accept my debit card and the employee had to scratch over my card to get the number. I am uncomfortable letting people I don't know, know my full number. Just before I left, they knocked on my window to let me know the computer was up and the transaction went through.

The Staff was very friendly and courteous. The Service that was done to my car was completed quickly. The Dealership was comfortable, clean and provided drinks while I waited.
Eve though mr. Gilber was very busy he took the time and made sure we knew he would be with us. He eve had another salesman assist us I wish I could remember that young mans name he was also very helpful and caring.
