I own a small business nearby and had heard good things about your store. I decided to try it out. I ordered a classic salad with grilled chicken to go. When I arrived back at work I had a salad with no chicken and the wrong dressing. The tossed salad was not fresh and several pieces of lettuce were rotten. When I called to complain the young lady that took the call was rude and put me on hold for several minutes and no one came back to the phone. The apple that came with the classic salad with grilled chicken was small and tasteless. I did order a kids mac and cheese for my 3 yr old granddaughter and she seemed to enjoy it. I will not be enrolling for the Panera member card as I will not be back. My visit was two in one the first and the last.

I usually enjoy this restaurant but my recent experiences have been tainted by the behavior I see in the manager, Brad. His employees are for the most part very helpful and eager and treat their customers well. His treatment of his employees is rude, condescending and obnoxious. There is no need for the attitude he employs with these young people, especially the women. It appears some of them may be more reliable than he is. Ihave no desire to return and watch him mistreat his employees so will take my business to another local Panera.
