horrible place.......I went to buy a refrigerator after work last night. There was no one working in the dept. We went to customer service twice and still no one showed up. Finally we saw a worker pushing carts and grabbed him. Of course he didn't know how to put info into computer and called someone else.....THEN I had to go up front to pay for purchase. When I asked the guy how I arrange a delivery he said call back tomorrow.......REALLY!!! I just paid $1200. and you can't tell me when I'll get it???? So....I call today and guess what?.....No one comes to the phone...3 rounds of Hello how can I direct your call? Finally ask for manager. HE tells me my receipt states that I took the refrigerator with me last night!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE right? He ended up fixing it I think...delivery is Monday.......we will see...I don't feel good about this at all and will NEVER purchase an appliance from this LOWES store ever again.
