Chris Krahn was thorough, very dedicated to finding a solution to my cooling problem, and explained everything in detail. He investigated every possibility for the problem and then systematically eliminated issues until the most likely issue was identified and resolved. He was patient with my questions and I got a better understanding of how my system operates thanks to Chris. I feel that he gave me service above and beyond the norm. Excellent technician!

My wife and I are new to Havasu so it was important to get an air conditioning company that was professional and honest. Our air conditioning broke down and we bought a new unit on Saturday and it was installed the next day in the AM. The technician Chris H was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the features and benefits of the Goodman air conditioner. The installers Ralph and Kevin did an outstanding job of removing the old unit and installing the new unit on the roof. My wife and I are very happy to have found Pitzer's One Hour Air/Ben Franklin.

The day of our appointment was changed due to an emergency and we were called with an sincere apology and rescheduled until the next morning.
