I KNOW IT SOUNDS HARD TO BELIEVE, BUT THEY GAVE ME A FREE CAR JUST FOR GETTING A CLEANING!!! My point here being that anyone can post anything here without contention! we had let an employee go a few months ago because of a bad background check, and now she logs in once a month and writes a bad review just to spite us. Just read the one review, "cockroaches coming out of the vacuum" & "we bang on their door trying to force them to get cleanings". Do these not seam a bit far fetched to anyone? We are a family owed business and we have always takin pride in our service, please try to see past this petty playng that someone is doing and call us for the names/numbers of many satisfied customers. I have been a customer of Thai cleaning before and im sorry but im between on how i feel. On one hand the cleanings were ok a few times but on the other hand I have had a few bad ones where the employees were just lazy. They have their days here. I think everyone is entitled to how they feel and to say that some of these reviews are made from someone who is mad or what ever may be is an out rage. Maybe they had a bad service, like i said i did also and that being said i will stand up for the smaller people and say TCS is junk. If you want to trust these fake reviews that were most likely TCS them selfs writing or paid off customers then go ahead. But I must say your money is hard earned and you will find you will be throwing it away on there service. Debbie
I have been using this service for about a year now & am very satisfied. They are very thorough & inspect everything before they leave to make sure it all looks just so. Organizing all surfaces & making my house shine! Recently when I had a problem with my husband having to do 6 months of swing shift, they worked with me in adjusting my days so as to not be here when he was sleeping. I wonder if any of those who complained called & talked to Gary or his wife to give them the opportunity to correct anything they were dissatisfied with or are they just hard to please & want to stay that way? Maybe they are disgruntled former employees who were fired for not cleaning to Thai's standards. Who knows, but I have no complaints at this time. An excellent value & very nice people.
Many neighbors and myself use their service, and the word got out that someone is unfairly bashing them so we are rallying together to put the record straight on this small honest family owned business.
I don't know what these others are talking about we have been using them for a few months now and have NO complaints
