Professional, reliable, and detailed are the words I would use to describe this cleaning service. My friend who has been using the thai cleaners for over a year now recommended them, and good thing she did because I was happy with the service. I will continue to use the thai cleaners on a monthly basis and will update my review in a month or two.

Wonderful service! Polite professional office staff that explained the process to me clearly, im getting up there in years and have a hard time hearing. The staff that came out to the house was on time and looked very professional. The two girls were very friendly and even my dog liked them. The job was done well and I feel like the house is much cleaner now. I am not sure if I can afford to continue to use a maid service on a regular basis, but wish I could now. I do recommend the thai cleaners.

Finally a cleaning company i have high hopes for. The first cleaning was GREAT and the two follow ups i have had since we also very good. I wasnt 100% happy with the $75/hr cost for the first cleaning, not knowing what my total would come up to made me a bit apprehensive, but I do have to say that the staff worked very fast, and catered to my needs. The bi-weekly rate was more than competitive, so i maintain my optimism for now.

Called for a last min cleaning for a Christmas party I was having. I know I waited too long to look for a service, but Noy was so nice to accommodate us, and the cleaning was great, kudos!

Many neighbors and myself use their service, and the word got out that someone is unfairly bashing them so we are rallying together to put the record straight on this small honest family owned business.

I gave 4 stars because the price was a bit higher than other companies. The service was 5 stars for sure though. Very professional and the girls were meticulous.

I have a 4b 2.5 bath house in White marsh, and they quoted me $195 for the first cleaning and estimated about $110 for bi-weekly. I had gotten quotes from other services that were only willing to clean at a hourly rate (which was $95/hr) and couldn't tell me how many hours it was going to be, so I figured as long as they were there at least two hours it would work out. They did promise me that they would finish the whole house at that quoted price. They left here a few hours ago and I am still finding places that they cleaned that I didn't ever realize were dirty until I saw them clean. VERY impressed, well worth the money, I will be going bi-weekly for sure. Lonna

They gave me a quote over the phone, based on the size of the house and what I wanted done. They came when they said they would and cleaned the house very well, and charged me less than the original quote. The house smelled very clean and looked great when I went through after they finished. I was very pleased with the work.

I was asked to write a review after my cleaning, well I can not tell a lie, really the service was not good. I guess it's different for everyone. Alot was missed in my home, under tables not vacummed, dust on my blinds and baseboards and cat food still under my table. I stoll had to clean when they left. Sorry but just not worth the money to me.

Sent out 3 very friendly girls. They did a good job, but left a few rags in my powder room. I would recommend them other than that. Very professional office staff, good price.
