My husband and I recently purchased a used suv. We had a wonderful experience. We worked with Craig Layfield and he was absolutely amazing! He new everything he needed to about the vehicle we were wanting to purchase. He worked great and was patient with us. We got the payment and price we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. We love our new purchase and are very excited! Thank you all do much.

I recently purchased a use truck from Ramey Ford. It was a very pleasant experience. there was none of the usual 10 trips into the sales office to see if they could meet the price I wanted. I got the payments I wanted and a great loan percentage. Gary Lane did a great job for me. I would recommend Ramey Ford to friends.

I just recently traded vehicles with Ramey Ford in Johnson City and it was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We loved our salesperson, Mike Rabbitts! He made the whole experience special for my whole family. I purchased a new Ford Fusion for my daughter and when we left the dealership, she knew everything about her new car. Ramey Ford was very honest, fair and complimentary of their competition. We had shopped Bristol and Elizabethton for the same car but were treated rudely at both dealerships. We felt like we saved at least $1200-$1500 by purchasing at Ramey. Mike has called to check on us several times and we have only had the car for three weeks. I would recommend these folks to everybody looking for the best deal. They really 'DO THE DEAL"...We will definately do business there again! K.Rollins Piney Flats TN
