All I wanted for 'Christmas was Roy's Moving Service' that's the truth, We had recently purchased a new home and the closing was only about a week before the Christmas Holiday Weekend 2016. I never knew how much stuff you could acquire over time. The things we packed was unbelievable. I informed the moving company before hand, that we had a lot of stuff. Roy's Moving Rep said " No Problem " !! The day of the move, Robert, Billy and Tommy did just that. They took down sleigh Bed and countless other big furniture and U-haul Boxes, Big and X-large, My wife's Ceramic Aston-Drake Doll Collection. There was ultimately " No Damages or Loss During The Entire Move " !!!!! We are very impressed and very blessed to have Roy's Moving Service do this very difficult J.O.B. !!! " Do yourself A Favor with No Stress " hire these guys. " You want be disappointed !!

We contacted Ronnie at Roy's moving service last minute for a move from Morristown to Johnson City in early Feb 2015, after numerous recommendations. We were not disappointed! My partner didn't want to spend the extra cash to pay someone else to move us but with us both working and me a full time student, on top of us being sick, I knew it'd be worth the cost! Mike, Brian, and Caleb were great movers. They didn't hesitate or ask unnecessary questions; they worked diligently and thoroughly until the job was complete. They were all extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They handled our belongings with care. It was a treacherous job but I give them applause. Out dryer hasn't operated since the move, but that is at no fault of the movers. Thanks, guys!

Recently I hired roys moving service and I have to say there were 3 young boys named mike' Brian, and tommy. These guys were very efficient . I was so worried about my furniture but these guys knew exactly what they were doing. I'm so glad I picked roys moving service, I have been telling everyone about you. Thanks for a good job. I had used this company 8 years ago and was amazed by their efficiency, then after a move I hired them for last year -- I was not so much impressed. The move, this time, took 9 hours instead of the 6 hours it took 8 years ago. Ron, Ronald, and Robert (I think I got the names right) were friendly enough, but quite frankly, they had cost us a LOT more money this time around (and we had less stuff to move than we had 8 years prior). These fellows also made several not-so-subtle innuendos suggesting, basically, that they "expected" us to tip them! Next time we may move ourselves.
Roy's has moved us and a number of my clients and as far as I know, everyone is as enthusiastic as I am. Their rates are reasonable and their service exceptional. Pleasant folks to deal with, although they're not easy to find since they don't like the internet. I asked about that and was told "we do things the old fashioned way - we rely on reputation."

Roy's Moving Service moved us in August to a rental after we sold our house and then moved us in December to a home that we had built. The movers were very professional and careful with all our belongings. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend this company. Any time we have had a question or concern, Roy has been available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We feel we got an excellent value and highly recommend this company to everyone.
