These guys are fantastic! I've had the misfortune of needing a full front-end replacement on my car twice, but Acme has made that experience painless and easy. Not only did I get my car back better than new, they vacuumed and washed it too. And they even returned my rental car for me! Also, they have great customer service, they keep you informed and up to date on timeline, and you can log in to their site to see photos of the work in progress. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I definitely would.

Some jerk slammed into my new car while it was parked on the street, denting and scratching the driver's side door. The guy was honest at least and gave me his insurance info. Called my insurance company (Safety Insurance, who sent a check right away) and they gave me a list of recommended shops where the work could be done. One of the first on the list was Acme. I checked the on-line reviews, which were tops, and contacted them. They couldn't have been more helpful. They dealt with the insurance company appraiser and handled all the details. It took less than a week. When I picked up the car, it was better than new. No sign of damage, a 1st-class paint job, and as a perk completely cleaned. If you ever need a body shop, go no further. Acme is great.

This is what great service is all about. From taking the insurance process under control, to arranging for a loaner car, to repair to pick-up, this business truly was a delight to work with. They even popped out a few dents for free as they replaced our damaged front quarter panel. The car looks like new, and they even fully detailed my interior before I picked it up. I wish every business was this pleasant to work with.

This place is fantastic! Just got my car back from them and it was perfect...they even took a couple dings out that weren't part of the appraisal, at no extra charge. On top of that, my car was clean and fully detailed inside and out, like new! AND I had a full tank of gas which I'm pretty positive is not how I left it with them. Customer service is fantastic, they are communicative, professional, super friendly, and they make the process of dealing with insurances companies really easy. I cannot possibly sing enough praise for this place, and I have family and friends who have gone to Acme and would say the same. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

Acme Body is by far the best car experience I've ever had! After my parked car was smashed, I was disheveled and worried it was totaled. I happened to call John and this was by far the best thing I could have done. From the very first phone call to picking up my car John and Linda went above and beyond anything I expected. They answered my call right away and came to tow my car within the next 30 minutes, incredible service! You can view the car's progress online with pictures everyday, Linda will send you updates by email, I have never seen a business operate with such efficiency and kindness. They are much more like a family than a business and my experience with them was honestly the best I've had and could have asked for. I recommend Acme Body over anyone else, you will be very happy with your outcome and service along the way. I should also mention my car came out better than before I got hit! Their work is beautiful and my car runs better than ever, I can't thank them enough!

My Insurance company gave me the name of this auto body shop & I'm so glad they did. My car was in an accident with I'd say a fair amount of damage. They arranged the rental car for me which came right to their door. They handled both insurance agencies involved so I didnt have to. I only dealt with the GM while my car was there but he kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to call and ask them any questions. The time frame they gave me was accurate. When I picked my car up it looked brand new. The outside was sparkling like a new car. They also to my surprise cleaned the inside of my car. I couldnt have been happier with the service here. I highly recommend to anyone in need of an auto body shop. I will definitely use again

I have used Acme several times when I've needed body work on my 2003 Honda Accord. I have found them to be highly professional and reliable. They've delivered the car when promised, and the quality of the work has been excellent. The best part about using them is that they take all the responsibility for negotiating with the insurance company about the scope and cost of the work necessary. The insurance company inevitably low-balls the cost, and Acme deals with them to get an authorization level high enough to do the work right. They're also extremely pleasant folks to deal with. A very high recommendation for them.

I have been a driver for over 30 years so have had my share of encounters with various car related businesses and I have never felt so lucky as when I had Acme to work on my car. I have been to them three times in the last year for accidents that were not my fault. Despite the incredible bad luck of being hit several times, I always felt extremely lucky to be doing business with Acme. From my experiences this year I can tell you that all Insurance companies these days try to get away with not analyzing the damage to your vehicle properly and hoping they will not be called on it. A fender bender can be a life altering event.... Dealing with insurance companies and their uncomprehensible jargon. Gotta know that somehow , I am going to get the short end......Didn't happen this time. Acme walked me through it and dealt with the insurance companies. They completed the job on time and under budget. Surprised to find the car had been "detailed" before delivery looking like new.
