My car was towed to the lot adjacent to ACME after a collision. Walked over and talked to John. I decided to have him do the work. He worked with the adjuster to get the job done the way I wanted. A couple of days after I picked up the completed car, I had to bring it back to get something fixed. He had a rental car there for me at his expense so I didn't have to wait. Very pleased with the work.

I can't say enough good things about Acme Body & Paint! I found them through my insurance, and didn't know what to expect, but they impressed me from start to finish. They were courteous, straightforward, and clear. It was great to be able to track the progress online, and John returned my calls immediately. They fixed my car up splendidly - put in a new battery and went above and beyond to repair the damage from a fender bender. My car looks brand new! I would take it back to them in a heartbeat. John and Linda are the best!

Highly recommended. Repairs were expertly done. They presented me with a cleaner car than the dealer did when it was new. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. John and his team at Acme Body did a fanstastic job to fix body and paint issues on my Jaguar XF. they are a family owned business and take good care of your car and their reputation. They processed my insurance paperwork very easily, kept me informed during the 3 weeks it took to get a replacement bumper, fixed some minor paint issues at no extra charge for me and delivered my car nice and shining after a professional detailing job. I am very happy with my experience and would strongly recommend them for any job.

Just had some body work done at Acme on my 09 Town Car.The workmanship was excellent . I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. The work was done on a timely bases even though it was a long Holiday weekend. It also came in as quoted. I would highly recommend.

fantastic communication (website to view your car) and great phone educate . The paint job done was a total surprise i knew it had to come back looking new but to have it look better than what i bought the vehicle originally was definitely good work done.... i would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done but get there fast business is booming

I don't generally write reviews, but we got such stellar service at Acme that we just have to recommend them. The job took longer than expected, but that's because they took care to do it right. From dealing with our insurance company, to the online photos of the work in progress, to the pickup of our rental car from their shop (no return trip to the rental office for us), customer service was top notch. The paint job is beautiful. Our old Mazda looks great again. Quality work, professional, courteous service. Highly recommended.

You get nothing but excellent customer service and workmanship from Acme. I walked in out-of-the-blue and was accommodated with an on-the-spot, professional quote, which I submitted to the insurance co. of the motorist who hit me and was approved right away because the quote was reasonable/competitive. I could go online and track the progress of the body work via images and they were responsive about my scheduling concerns. When the car was ready, the amount due matched the original quote and my car looks as good as new.

This place has great service and did an excellent job on fixing my car! My camry looks brand new! They had it done quick and was nicely detailed when I picked it up! Thank you Acme!

My "fender bender" was traumatic for me. Once I contacted Acme Body & Paint my anxiety lessened. Everyone was polite and concerned, kept in good communication with me and the finished product looks brand new. They apparently work in a thorough, organized manner and are very professional. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing! They made a stressful task completely stress free. I talked to John, he called Enterprise Car Rental to come to his shop and pick me up, I dropped my car off, and was in the rental within 30 minutes. One week later, as he estimated, my car was ready to be picked up. I left the rental & the keys with Acme, and drove off in my car that looked like new. It really couldn't have been any easier. Updates with pictures of the car on the website was another great service since it was great to see the daily progress of their work on my car.

Excellent service and fast service ..drop off my car after rear bumper accident and was fixed in two days and with a great detail in the car came out looking like new., I have been their customer since 2005.. Will never take my car to any another place but acme..loved them thanks guys..

Ther was substantial damage to the front and rear of my 2011 Camry. The car drives and looks like new. I was completely satiisfied with the work Acme did.

WITHOUT A DOUBT, totally professionals, from John Panzino GM, to artistic talents of staff that took apart my 2003 CTS cadillac AND made it look new again. What floored me was the fact that u can go to website and every day they post pics of the progress of your car's repairs this feature was awesome. We are very pleased with this auto body shop. This is the 3rd repair I've had done on my SUV here at Acme. That's how great the quality of work done on my vehicle was so I keep returning. If you need good honest repairs completed this is the place to go.

Great communication and fantastic service. We have used Ace twice and have been pleased both times. The vehicle was delivered on time and exceeded our expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a "WOW" experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
