room is clean and has all amenity,employees are real friendly.easy check inn,hot and fresh breakfast.property looks real clean from inside to outside. wifi works great in the and outside.overall very pleasant experience for my family.i will definitely coming back in summer.

The room I stayed in was recently remodled fresh paint and new carpet.

I stood over night 1 day I booked 3 hours before arriving my expirience was great. great staff, friendly , clean rooms, quick check in out.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Pool area very comfortable. Breakfast area is large and food was well presented. Clean area.

When we arrived at Baymont. I believe the mans name was Jason. He assisted me with accomodating me and ensuring my room was exactly what I needed.. I was very impressed it.

Location was great next to interstate with lots of restraunts. The room had a refrigerator and microwave that was hidden in a dresser style cabinet. The desk was great space to set up our laptop or eat at. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ac wasn’t working properly in our room called front desk and within 15 minutes maintenance checked it out and replaced it
Our mattress was also changed out

everything was great breakfast room service made my bed and changed my towels out the service was outstanding everyone was there to help me whatever i needed the manager runs a tight ship which is nice the other residents were not bad people but very friendly. i really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff who were very helpful when asked for information. Room very nice; good beds; quite a bit of road noise from Interstate but really didn't bother us much.

My husband and I traveled 14 hours to jacksonville due to a family emergency. Even though this trip was unexpected we did not have much money. We stopped at the Baymont to get a quote on a room. Jamaul quoted us a great rate and throughout his shift he was very helpful with his Amazing customer service and made sure me and my husband was comftorable as possible. My room was cleaned upon arrival and the bed was comfortable. Yes I will be returning here in august for our family reunion. Thank you for the wonderful service.

We've stayed at this hotel several times on the way to South Florida and we're always pleased with the accommodations. It's located perfectly close to Route 295 South. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Florida.

The room was clean & nice. Was only there for the night. If I were coming on vacation to Jacksonville, I would definitely keep this place in mind. There is a Denny's across the street along with a Starbucks. Panera Bread is also located across the street. Nice place to stay since there are restaurants within walking distance. Come stay awhile....the Mall is nearby for those who love to shop.

Perfectly located for access to local shops, restaurants, & major chains. Our room was clean & spacious. The bathroom was easily maneuverable for my disabled spouse. The staff was polite, friendly, & helpful.

The ONLY hotel I will ever go to in JAX. The rooms are always SO clean. White fresh sheets, clean carpeted floors, spacious closet, lots of drawers, the bathtub is also spacious & clean, big TV, the pool is always clean. The location is also perfect. In walking distance to a BP & Starbucks, & many restaurants to choose from also in walking distance such as Olive Garden & Longhorn. The hotel is also right by the interstate. Depending on traffic it takes10 minutes to hit downtown & 10 minutes to get over the buckman bridge. The cleaning staff is always friendly. They know we sleep in late & accompany that by coming to clean when we wake up. Jamal at the front desk has the best personality. The boss, perry, is always helpful & genuine. They make sure all of our needs are met. The TV went out one night & it only took 5 min for them to put a brand new TV in the room. Maintenance is also wonderful, when the light bulb in the bathroom went out I talked to Jamal & maintenance followed me to my room & immediately put a new one in. Wish I could rate it 100 stars.

This is our second stay at this hotel this year. They have been doing improvements for the last few months and it just keeps getting better. A great value, great staff, and easy access. I will stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location not to far off expressway. Hotel was quiet and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was nice and courteous. I definitely will stay here againin the future.

Awesome place.nice n quite. Enjoyed my stay.i will come back again and love the staff as well. Rooms are clean. the pool was clean and staff was very friendly. My kids love to hang out at pool n we had really good time.

An ok place for a quick overnighter. We stayed here while a family member was in the Orange Park Hospital. Reviews had said it was clean and comfortable beds. We agree.
