Luke is a true professional. He is timely and does a thorough job of addressing the job at task. He gives a straight forward description of the problem addressed and gives options to consider. He is courteous and listens to the questions you may have about his work. He offers explanations to the best of his knowledge of the situation being addressed. He is welcome to work at our house at any time he is needed.

Luke Durben was my service provider to give a "spring checkup" on my A/C Friday 5/22/15. He arrived at my house, calling ahead before arriving, to confirm he was on his way for the appointment that was set. Once he was here he went right to work checking my central heat & air unit. He took the side cover off to inspect the motor which was working in good fashion. He took the top off to inspect the fan & how stable that was & to let me know when it could be replaced. He sprayed some foam cleaner on my big side filter to help get the dirt & grim to wash away & to be at a cleaner fresher function. He put all this back together & cleaned off the top of the unit with water & cleaner. He made sure to check the freon because summer is coming & for the unit to be at it's peak performance. I've been a Tim Ferguson Plumbing fan for years now & they always do the job I need done right whatever the situation may be. Tim Ferguson is the first & only service I call to do the jobs for my house needs.
