Perrywinkle's helped make our dream engagement ring a reality. We came to the store with a ring that was purchased elsewhere and unfortunately it was too large and the design did not allow for sizing. With Perrywinkle's custom design services we were able to have the ring completely and identically recreated. The value we received was second to none and our new ring is even nicer than the original. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the the ring and service provided. We highly recommend the Ithaca, NY store and we will be back soon to design our custom wedding bands.

This store is great. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them, have a few ordered, and will buy more in the future. I have purchased pandora from deb and victoria, worked with Sean for my wedding rings, and have discussed several options with Linda. I have seen them at several bridal shows in the Ithaca area so keep your eyes open for them. If you see them there or have a chance to stop by the store. They can do lots of custom options. They will also educate you about the stuff you are looking to purchase so you can buy with confidence.

Deb and Sean are always so happy and nice to deal with. They are the only two that I do business with at Perrywinkles fine jewelry store located at the shops at Ithaca mall. Both of them are so helpfull and knowledgable, and always take the time to help. If I do not see them in the store I do not even stop in.

I love the Ithaca store. I was looking for a special pandora bead for my daughters retun after a trip out of the country and Deb was so helpful in finding just the right bead. Sean was there also and informed me of the pandora special that was going on at the time.. A week later I returned to take advantage of the special. Linda, the manager was there to help. She spent a lot of time with us, choosing just the right beads and bracelet. Today, I had to retun as a bead was stuck on my bracelet. Linda was warm and welcoming.. My bracelet was easily fixed and Linda was kind enough to help with placing all the beads. Thanks to all at the Ithaca store!

Working with Perrywinkle's has been a pleasure. Everyone involved with the restoration of my ring has gone above and beyond. Their knowledge and commitment are evident.
