I graduated from Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle in 1995 and has had active practices in Bellevue, Bellingham, Blaine and now Issaquah. The Brian Utting School is known for its strong training in Medical and Sports Massage. My core massage technique is based on NeuroMuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy, a method of restoring proper blood flow and muscle length to tight muscles that may be contracted from stress, injury or overuse. When muscles are functioning properly, the body has the ability to move with ease and without pain. Tight mid-back and shoulder muscles from computer work and stress can generate headaches, tingling in your neck and arms and low back pain. I use a blend of proven massage techniques personalized to your specific needs. I have gained a loyal following and confidence in my skills from other health professionals including MD’s, Chiropractors, Surgeons, Sports specialists and Physical Therapists.
