I went to Cristo Bello for a haircut (first time with them and at new location) and was extremely dissatisfied. I chose them due to positive reviews and the fact that they advertise themselves as a "luxury spa", but my experience was very negative. The stylist/owner was very distracted, and despite taking pictures in and being very clear about what I did and did not want, she gave me a cut that was nothing like what we discussed. This is the number one complaint I have of most salons- she did not honor what we agreed upon and just did what she wanted to. We agreed to leave the length as it was and just clean up the interior layers, but somehow I walked out of there with inches taken off and a completely different shaped haircut. The stylist/owner also pushed the products and services of the salon far too much. Extremely dissatisfied.

The staff are fantastic. Loved the whole experience...........Everyone was great and I got a haircut that I can style easily myself. Thanks a lot Brit! I definitely recommend this salon.

The best salon ever. Walked in 2 years ago and have never left. Love the friendly, very professional stylist. This place is clean and relaxing best of all you will leave look great. Love it
