Horrible experience. Spent three hours for them to lift the color out of my hair they had to do it three times. I don't know if it worked because they claimed they had to dye it to even the color out and my hair is as dark if not darker than it was when i first got to the salon. it also cost me $120 for them to pretty mush dye my hair almost the same color that it was. I'm very unsatisfied and will not return.
