Courteous, knowledgable staff. They arrive on schedule, call beforehand to let you know they're on their way. The company responds to problems quickly. You can subscribe to their service club to be on a regular maintenance schedule. Recommended.

Rick from Pyro Heating and Cooling did a great job on my boiler. He explained the process on how it works and why it did what it did. He fixed it quickly. He is a very polite person.

Great experience! My furnace went out this morning and of course it was 2 degrees outside. I called Pyro knowing they're a reputable company and within an hour of my call I had Rick Boitos (Service/Install Tech) at my door who quickly assessed the issue. My blower had gone out - which left me with a few decisions...do I fix the problem for a minimal cost or do I replace my 15 year old furnace. I asked to get a price on a new furnace and within 20 minutes I had the owner David Schmidt at my door. Dave went over all the options and clearly listened to my needs before presenting a solution. Dave was not 'pushy' and helped me weigh out my options. I chose to install a new furnace. Noon comes around and (2) professional installers arrived (Mike Vaccaro and Rusty Taylor) with all needed and they 'masked' off my floors to avoid a mess. Mike and Rusty were excellent and went above and beyond what they should. They stayed until 6:30 to make sure my family was warm. Highly recommend

Randy did an excellent job communicating with us late at night when our furnace went out, saving us $50, and then arrived the following morning as promised and went right to work, getting the broken part removed an replaced in a timely manner and getting the furnace working again. I called Pyro on a very hot (91 degrees) Sunday, 6/23/13 afternoon because my air conditioner had stopped working. I talked to Andrew B., the technician on call. He was at my house in less than an hour and did a great job! He was very professional and quick to make the repairs. It was 83 degrees in my house, with five fans running. I am very grateful to Andrew for his fine service. Please thank him again for me! :]

Tom C was very detailed and found the problem, checked out areas that could have been the issue. He installed the part in my Forced Air Furnace and completed the repair. He explained everything to me and offered me the service agreement. I would ask for him the next time I needed service.
