Mark Langley helped me today pick out new frames. He is very knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and can help pick the different shapes and styles that compliment your face shape. This is the third year he has helped me with glasses. I ask for him by name when I come in. He is also pleasant and friendly and makes the whole process fun.

I've been going to Berkeley Eye Center for almost ten years. The doctors and staff are pleasant and professional and happy to answer any questions I have. Best of all, it's rare that I wait more than 5-10 minutes for my visit!

My experience there was amazing. Dr. Momeni was great and her staff. Friendly environment and everything done in a timely manner. The Clinician Carla was absolutely patient and very helpful in helping me choose my frames she rocks.

Except for having to drive in 40+/- miles from home to have the laser equipment necessary for my case, the experience at the Caplan Surgery Center was fabulous. The staff from reception to recovery was friendly and helpful. Of course the names of those caring for me are foggy (good medicines) but I remember a Tammy, Denise CRNA, and that's about it. Things ran efficiently. Didn't have to wait long. Thanks to everyone who cared for me!

I used the optical shop at Weslayan to get glasses, prescription sunglasses, and contacts. I was very impressed with the help I received from the staff and the quality of the products. Overall great experience.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Bonnie Clapham. At the end of afternoon I was one of the last customers selecting my new eyeglasses. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to pick out the right frame, lenses and temples for my new glasses. She really gave me the red carpet treatment, and I valued her expertise.

My husband and I both got our Lasik procedure done on the same day. Everything went smoothly, from the consultation, to the procedure. The employees and doctors at Berkeley are awesome and so professional. They walk you through every part of the procedure, so there was no surprises. It has been 10 days since the procedure and I can't believe how freeing it is to not wear glasses and be able to see! Amazing!!

I recently had PRK laser surgery at Berkeley Eye Center's Weslayan branch and was very satisfied with the results. The staff was always friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns I had regarding the process. I never had to wait long for appointments and the surgery itself was complete in a matter of minutes. The cost of the surgery was presented upfront and I never received any hidden fees or additional costs. I wish I would have had the surgery sooner! Would recommend to anyone on the fence about getting laser corrective surgery.

Excellent doctors and excellent care. I had LASIK performed by Dr. Berkeley almost 20 years ago, so, when considering cataract surgery, Berkeley Eye Center was the obvious choice. I highly recommend to anyone for full service eye care.

I've been a patient of the Berkley Eye Center for the last 15 years. They are efficient and thorough. The waiting room is large and comfortable but you will never notice because once you make our appointment you won't have to wait too long. Berkley is the only place I will ever go for eye exams.

My experience, as usual, was exceptional. Everyone is so professional and expeditious. Friendly and Carla was nice enough to assist me in selecting frames while my eyes were dilated. Good job Carla and thanks for the suggestion of taking a picture of them so I could see what they look like when the dilation wore off.

Usually, I don't love shopping for glasses, but Berkeley has an excellent selection of frames and friendly, super helpful staff. I love the frames I ultimately selected, and I also got a very cool explanation of the actual mechanics of lenses from Austin, who just may be the most knowledgeable Optical Manager I have ever encountered. Will absolutely recommend Berkeley to everyone I know, and will actually be looking forward to my next appointment!

Wonderful team of doctors and staff. I had my LASIK procedure done at Berkeley about 2 years ago and was in need of an enhancement. It took me a little over 2 years to have my enhancement completed due to my own personal issues (having a baby, breastfeeding, dry eye, etc). I finally was able to have my LASIK enhancement done and am completely satisfied with the results. Berkeley was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. A wonderful team. I highly recommend them.

Every appointment I've ever had has been great. I appreciate the team squeezing me in. I had a very pleasant time picking out frames with Mark this time. I was a little nervous I wouldn't find frames to match my new look since I just finished chemo. Mark was a pleasure to work with!! I love my new frames!!!

This was my first time going here and I chose it based on the proximity to my work. The service was great and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Momeni was fantastic! The staff was a little behind the morning I went and let the waiting area know. The technicians and Dr. were all very nice and welcoming and the optical staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was told that I had a sever astigmatism in both eyes, but was assured that I would be seeing very well even the same day of treatment. To say the very least, I went from seeing double my whole life to now seeing 20/15 in both eyes!!! with zero discomfort! It has only been 3 days since surgery too! The staff here at Berkeley make you feel so comfortable and relaxed... They make you feel like family and simply care about you.... They are honest and explain every detail completely. I made a last minute eye appointment for my son before he started high school. He was new to the practice but was able to get in within a reasonable amount of time for a first time appointment. The gentleman who helped us in the optical department was very good and provided fast service.
