West Jackson Intermediate School is a learning center that is located in Hoschton, Ga. The school serves more than 650 students in grades three through five. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, math, science and social studies. The school provides gifted and talented education programs. West Jackson Intermediate School operates a parent-teacher organization that supports various academic and enrichment programs. The school also has a school council and organizes events, such as book fairs, field days, and math, science and reading nights. Its library and media center provides an accelerated reader program. In addition, the school offers meals and guidance counseling. West Jackson Intermediate School is a part of the Jackson County School System.
