Career Training Institute ( CTI ), a private, non-profit organization, was founded in May 1983 to meet the employment needs of women in the community. In response to the demands of a changing workforce, CTI's services have since expanded to include all adults, youth, and business enterprises. The Business Resource Center at CTI opened in June 1998 as part of an effort to match workforce development with enterprise development. CTI has earned state-wide recognition as an agency with skilled staff able to deliver quality, customer- focused employment, training, and business resource services.Career Training Institute is moving toward the future with a focus on strengthening partnerships within the community and across the state of Montana. A Network of resources enables CTI to provide activities to meet the demands of the modern workplace.
