The absolute worse!! My usual delivery driver is awesome, but when she is not on, oh my goodness the horrors! I can't believe yesterday my packages were not delivered and long story short, I found out it was because the driver had an issue with my store. I sell Wiccan items and he refused to enter my store, which was religious discrimination. They 1st said the address was written wrong, no it is the same computer generated label the company I have been dealing with for 15 years has always printed out, next lie the driver could not find my store ALL DAY LONG from 10 am until 5 pm, he was in Manchester, couldn't find it, yet no one called my store. Then I called and the supervisor had me stay almost 2 hours after my store closed so the driver could deliver the boxes, as I really needed them for the Saturday sales day, and then called to tell me the driver refused to deliver them, they would be delivered by someone else the next day. She was really nice, so I didn't even suspect she was also lying, as I was told today that the facility she was referencing did not have Saturday delivery hours!!!!! Wow! Bet the driver has no issues going into the local Catholic church or Synagogue or the liquor store or how about delivering to the night club? What an idiot. We are a business like any other, and the supervisor at UPS Annie, you should be ashamed of yourself for lying, you KNEW your Hartford location DID NOT have Saturday delivery hours. And UPS really needs to start hiring people with some intelligence and common sense. I used to exclusively use UPS because I did not like Fed Ex's delivery habits of just leaving packages outside with no signature. but now I am considering Fed Ex or any other delivery company that does not have discrimination. Really UPS you should be ashamed.

My package was delivered on tuesday to the wrong address and was even signed for. How do you not check the name and why would someone sign for another person's package? The package was large and heavy. With christmas approaching I can't help feel but that it may have been intentionally stolen.

The neighborhood store that sent my pkg from Mesa, AZ. to Vernon, Ct put on the special instructions "Front Door" when I said "BACK DOOR" ....however, the ups delivery guy has been to my 93 year old aunts home many times before and KNEW he was supposed to deliver to BACK door. For $71 dollars you would think UPS could get this perishable pkg into my elderly aunts hands properly. I will NOT be using expensive UPS store again (as i have so many times in the past!)
