On several occasions our mail has been returned without reason for example, CRUISE VOUCHERS! The past incident fiance moved from one apt. to another and before it was official, BOB returned all his mail to the senders. Checks, bills, etc. He still lived at old apartment officially. We finally made change of address official and now all my mail has been returned to sender. We have spoken to BOB and he is aware of the change. However, he has been outright rude and obnoxious. Not to mention intentionally returning our mail for the mere enjoyment of inconvenience is an abuse of power and corruptness. I am appalled that after so many complaints he still maintains his assignment and no one from the local office has the curtesy to contact us and address this serious matter.
