Pat has treated my whole family over the last 17 years. She is gifted as a mediator and skill builder. Pats approach is cognitive but adds mindfulness training for those with emotional Dysregulation and suicidal thinking. She also treats for addiction and integrates with Eastern practice of editation/ breathing skills. She has helped my autistic son adjust to main stream school and helped us developed his IEP.
