Exceptional staff. Appointment was given in a day. Took the time to speak to daughters teachers. We never saw any mental health professionals do this and we saw social workers and mental health counselor. These people are psychologists - very expert yet very friendly, warm, never made us feel like we were stupid!!!!! Totally recommend.

They got it right with both my kids. Social worker and pediatrician were cluless. Don't waste your time and money going to anyone else. I got an appointment within a week and they called me right back. Half the people I called did not even return my call!!!!

I had lost my job, marriage was in trouble. I was depressed and needed help. Found East End Psychological online after a google search. very professional psychologists. got an appointment fast. well worth the visits .

No one could properly diagnose my daughter. East end psych docs did! They get the right diagnosis and worked with my school. 2 other mental health "experts" we saw never made a diagnosis, never spoke to school teachers, and never helped my kid. East end called school, helped me get proper help, worked w me and my husband. East end psych is the on,y place I will ever take my family members thanks.
