Remember the plague? Avoid this place like that.Let's preface this review by stating that I lived here for 3.5 years. I would say that half of that time was bearable. However, the unprofessionalism displayed by the "management" staff upon my exit has to be broadcast to the world so you won't make the same mistake I did in living here. My main issue with this place is that they don't care about you. Don't listen to the handpicked or staged positive reviews, these people don't care about you and only care about money. I lived here for 3.5 years. I lived through yearly rent hikes, really loud neighbors in which complaints go unanswered, yearly pest infestations, and much much more.No matter where you live, always check the fine print. In my case, I missed the insane two times your monthly rent "lease break fee." So when work mandated that I move closer and cut out the ever variable Greenville traffic, I got hit by it. I pleaded with the staff to waive the fee, since I was a loyal renter for so long - never missing a payment, living through the yearly rent hikes, and really loud neighbors - to no avail. "We can't do anything, it's a corporate mandate." Which, if you don't take anything away from this review, take away that they only care about your money and will do anything in their power to screw you out of anything else they can.Look into buying a house, with the outrageous rent prices this place charges, you can easily afford a much bigger place to own. Or at least a better apartment, these people are greedy and only see you as a way to line their pockets.

Which, if you don't take anything away from this review, take away that they only care about your money and will do anything in their power to screw you out of anything else they can.- I was paying $1,135.00 (dependent upon whatever made up fee they decided to charge for the month) per month for a 2br/2ba without a washer/dryer. My 15 year mortgage monthly payment on a 3br/2ba is less than that. Look into buying a house, with the outrageous rent prices this place charges, you can easily afford a much bigger place to own. Or at least a better apartment, these people are greedy and only see you as a way to line their pockets.
