moved in to a two BR apartment last December and moved out this august.When i moved out they charged me an unfair amount of 550 dollars for replacing carpet! Reason told was cooking odour and bleach spots! The carpet was not new when i moved in, which they agreed to. But unfortunately i didnt put any bad review in the entry checklist which they ask to fill when you move in. They told me that you didnt put anything in your entry checklist about carpet so we cant do anything. I had luckily mentioned about the substandard woodwork in Kitchen shelves and dirty patio. Otherwise i think they would have fined me some thousands of dollars.!Beware you put all the issues in your entry checklist or else be ready to payThe only good thing about this apartment is they have employed nice person like Gene. But at the time you move out, Gene cant help you, please do keep that in mind.Its a disappointing experience for me, i didnt expect them to do this. :(
