am so impressed with Triangle Plumbing last week I was having my son's high school graduation party at my house and had 40-50 guest coming and 10 out of town guest. When I woke up in the morning I realized that my hot water heater was broken -- I called the plumber I had been using in the past and he said there was nothing he could do for me he was to busy to fit me in. I called a neighbor who told me they used Triangle Plumbing in the past and was happy with them so I thought I would give them a try. When I called I got the nicest woman on the phone she called her plumbers and to my amazement they actually came out to the house that day. The plumbers were very professional. When I got the bill I was shocked to see how reasonable it was-- I really thought they knew I had no choice but to get it fixed asap and they would charge me an outrageous price but they didn't. I have to say that Triangle Plumbing has a new customer for life.

I started talking to Triangle Plumbing for advice and Brian was as forthcoming as he could be. When I finally had enough of the other guys' run around at 7PM on a rainy Wednesday evening, I called Brian again to give him the nod. Within 2 hours he had delivered and installed a high end water heater for me for less $$ than the other place would have charged. I'm reasonably mechanically inclined and I took the opportunity to watch and learn. It is obvious that Brian takes great pride in his work and enjoys teaching as well. He clearly answered all my questions and explained his choice in parts, materials and methods. His work was top notch.

"Just had a major back up in my house. I thought I was out of luck because it was holiday weekend, Triangle Plumbing came right out and took care of the problem. Also there wasn't any extra charge for weekend service. Thanks a lot for all the great work. Definitely recommend!"

I have used several plumbers in my time and luckily found Triangle Plumbing and Backflow by happenstance! I have been so impressed by their quality of work and their sincere effort to make sure the jobs are done carefully and in a timely manner! Their prices are very competitive and fair considering the quality and workmanship! I would recommend them to you ALL! Kudos and kudos to Jamie the receptionist as she is always helpful, efficient and really is a star in that company!!

Outstanding service. I had many plumbing issues and called Triangle Plumbing. Troy came out and did a wonderful job on all of them. He fixed the hot water heater, replaced the pressure relief valve and other items. Very professional, friendly. I am glad i found Triangle Plumbing and will recommend them to co-workers, family and friends.

Outstanding service. I called with a busted pipe this morning. They said they'd have someone here by 3:00. Scott was running EARLY and called to see if he could be here at 2:00 (You think I was going to say no?). He showed at 2:00, went right to work and was cleaned up and done 20 minutes later. (That time included stopping to answer my questions along the way.) Price-wise, I don't think any plumber is "cheap", but the coupon on their website helped a lot.

I called Triangle Plumbing because sewage was backing up and overflowing in my downstairs bathroom. Their technician Troy showed up as scheduled, figured out where the problem was (tree roots growing into the drain pipe in the front yard) and had the problem fixed just 45 min later. Very friendly, professional and reliable. Will use again and recommend to any of my family, friends and clients'

My washer had a hose that was rusted onto the hot water pipe. Troy came out and looked at the problem. He gave me insight on what may have happened and how this could be resolved easily. I was so thankful for his knowledge and kindness. He answered my questions without hesitation. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will DEFINITELY call Triangle Plumbing! KUDOS to Troy......

I am in the process of selling my home with a particularly difficult buyer who has made several plumbing demands as part of her due diligence request. Dealing with this very difficult person who made unreasonable demands of me as the seller, caused me to have to make aggressive demands of the tradesmen I hired to help complete work on the house. Triangle plumbing came out to my house 4 times very quickly after calling them with 2 visits during off hours to meet my needs. Jamie, the customer service representative, is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in working with me. I'm very pleased with the service offered by this company and would absolutely use them again!

I had an issue when I hooked up my washing machine for the first time. The valves were leaking and I thought they may need replaced. Their technician JJ came out, tightened the valves and asked me if I wanted them replaced anyway. The leaking had stopped so I didn't. He took a look at another project I might want done later on and provided an estimate. I paid $85 for the service fee and was very satisfied with the service overall. The appointment was scheduled sometime between 10- 12. I received a call at 10:15 and the technician was there by 10:30.

One of my hose bits froze over the winter. The valve would not shut off completely and water continuously ran. I had a tech, Brian, come out for the initial repair where he told me I would need to cut a hole in my house to run a whole new line. He told me he could probably fit a new valve on but did not have the fittings on his truck. I rescheduled for the following Sunday and he repaired the hose bit without getting into the wall. He also took the time to show me what my various valves were linked to in my new house. It was very helpful.

Thought I had a huge problem..I had no water pressure going to my shower. Turns out it was just a small problem with my shower cartridge that took all of 5 minutes to fix. What i liked about this company was they didnt just take there money and go...The exact words from the Tech was "well since that was easy let me try and give you your moneys worth. He showed me very important things in my home in case of emergency. For instance, How many people know the proper was to shut off the water to your home...How about how to shut off the gas to your home in case you smell gas...These are all very important things I had no idea about. Triangle Plumbing took the time to show me. I would highly recommend these guys

You never want to need a plumber but when you do Triangle Plumbing is amazing and reasonable and honest and timely! They sent someone over on a Sunday and their weekend rate was not bad. Plus, he was super honest and straightforward. When they came back the next time (during the week), to finish the job, he again put in the extra mile to make sure that he finished quickly to get us the best deal. He was thorough though and explained everything very well too. The service at the office with scheduling and estimating was also very good. I will never hesitate to call them again and will never try another plumber in the area as long as they are in business.

Thankfully I haven't needed a plumber very much, but if I ever need one again I'm calling Triangle Plumbing. I had some blockage issues which turned out to be from roots in a pipe. I was looking for a plumber who did video inspections and after seeing two other glowing reviews on here (thanks Yelp!) I went with these guys. For the first visit, Troy was great. He was scheduled for noon, but called and said he could be there early. He explained what he was doing and if he needed to do anything extra like remove the toilet to get to the pipe, he double checked the price with the office before he anything. In just over an hour he had cleared out the clog and located the root cause of it. He gave me quote for fixing that and told me what I would need to do from there. Not the cheapest thing to fix, but their prices seemed fair and in line with what other places would charge. Jump two days from then and the guys came out to dig up and replace the section of the pipe with the roots.

Brian was a lifesaver when our water heater started leaking and finally gave up the ghost. I had ordered a water heater at a big national chain store and paid for them to install it. After they botched one thing after another over the course of about two weeks, I finally gave up on them and (luckily) was able to get my money back. So much for relying on name recognition for recommendations! I started talking to Triangle Plumbing for advice and Brian was as forthcoming as he could be. When I finally had enough of the other guys' run around at 7PM on a rainy Wednesday evening, I called Brian again to give him the nod. Love them. Five times better than another plumbing company ( I called them after a HORRIBLE experience with a different plumbing place in the area). Did their job efficiently, with much better customer service, and a job well-done. I'm calling them again, and referring them to any friends who need plumbing work done. Keep up the good work!

Hot water heater spit the bit! Called a competing company yesterday early in the morning- they told me 2:00, got two calls later pushing it to 4:30. Came in, looked at it, said "She's Gone. I'll write you an estimate." $1350. Called Triangle this morning, they quoted a standard rate over the phone for my particular setup (utility closet access, venting to closet roof, 40 gal. heater, etc.) invited me to look the heater up on the internet to see what i would be getting, and said they'd have someone out in about two hours. AND, just in case, they'll have the repairman swing by the shop to pick up a water heater in case I want to go ahead with it. Less than two hours later I got a call from Scott saying he was nearby. He was pleasant and professional and got right down to it. A little over two hours after that- he's gone, my hot water heater is brand new, everything's back to normal, and the price was exactly what they'd said it'd be. What more can you ask?? I definitely recommend
