I had this company come out through my home warranty company after another plumber failed to show up or even return my call! Rosemary was real helpful with getting me an appointment that same day and the plumber Joe did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. He left everything clean and you would have never known a plumber was there except that my disposal now works!!!
They came out and fixed the pipes, cables, and pipe lines.
Fixed water pressure in toilet. He was very nice, he explained things to you. He was on time and did exactly what he needed to do. He was respectful and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, I didn't have to do anything.
Laura Cady is the best. After meeting with several florist around town she was the best. I called her and we meet the same day. She asked me to tell her my ideas then recommended the best flowers. Everything was beyond beautiful. The bridal cascade bouquet of bombay orchids and stargazer lilies with a touch of filler and draping greenery was like a signature master piece and I was speechless. Tears of joy! Also my bridal party loved the petite orchid blooms on a wristlet with a touch of babies breath in the colors of fuchsia & purple. We had flowers all inside & outside at the Sanctuary Hall & Gardens to decorate the place. Event wire helped me plan my very own dream come true wedding. I got everything from the bridal shows. Now I'm happily married!
They do excellent work, are reasonable with their prices, arrive on time and don't leave a mess. Most of all they know what they are doing. I first met them when they came out to deal with a plumbing problem and were recommended by HMS Home Warranty. After that I always asked for them if I needed a plumber again. Now I recommend them to all of my clients.

Modern plumbing are wonderful. We had a hot water heater fail, they came out and the tech Roy took a look and set us up for a new hot water replacement. We are working with a home owners warranty so they explained the process to us and Katie in dispatch kept us informed all the way when their team could be expected. Every one was professional and polite, not in a hurry at all and answered all of our questions. Being new to the area we have now found our plumbers for any future needs. You all rock!!!
I have leaking faucets on both my kitchen and master bath shower. Billy was great. He assessed the problem and determined that I need new faucets for both. He said he would submit order to AHS today. We'll see how it goes from here. So far so good. My first experience with AHS

Our water heater was shorting out. Called AHS and they sent Triangle Plumbing our way. They were on-time, courteous and professional. They also discovered that the last plumbing company had not grounded our water heater. In fact, there was no ground wire. The plumber said he couldn't hook it up without an electrician adding a ground wire. Really appreciated him being honest and ethical! Would definitely use them again!
In this day and time of shoddy service, it's a pleasure to report that I had great service from this company in the form of Jason O'Brien earlier in the week. He unclogged the line of my garbage disposal and it is flowing fine now without any drips. He was quick to analyze the problem and identify where it might be in the line and then remedy the problem. Mr. O'Brien was courteous, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. I would be pleased to have him address any plumbing repairs I might need in the future.

I am in the process of selling my home with a particularly difficult buyer who has made several plumbing demands as part of her due diligence request. Dealing with this very difficult person who made unreasonable demands of me as the seller, caused me to have to make aggressive demands of the tradesmen I hired to help complete work on the house. Triangle plumbing came out to my house 4 times very quickly after calling them with 2 visits during off hours to meet my needs. Jamie, the customer service representative, is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in working with me. I'm very pleased with the service offered by this company and would absolutely use them again!
Outstanding service. I had many plumbing issues and called Triangle Plumbing. Troy came out and did a wonderful job on all of them. He fixed the hot water heater, replaced the pressure relief valve and other items. Very professional, friendly. I needed a plumber due to several frozen and broken pipes. They were responsive, and helped me in my time of need. I would recommend them to anyone(commercial or residential).
they were real nice and informative about what they were going to do. My dad was there for most of that visit since I needed to be at work, but he agreed that they deserved a great review.
One of my hose bits froze over the winter. The valve would not shut off completely and water continuously ran. I had a tech, Brian, come out for the initial repair where he told me I would need to cut a hole in my house to run a whole new line. He told me he could probably fit a new valve on but did not have the fittings on his truck. I rescheduled for the following Sunday and he repaired the hose bit without getting into the wall. He also took the time to show me what my various valves were linked to in my new house. It was very helpful.
I had an issue when I hooked up my washing machine for the first time. The valves were leaking and I thought they may need replaced. Their technician JJ came out, tightened the valves and asked me if I wanted them replaced anyway. The leaking had stopped so I didn't. He took a look at another project I might want done later on and provided an estimate. I paid $85 for the service fee and was very satisfied with the service overall. The appointment was scheduled sometime between 10- 12. I received a call at 10:15 and the technician was there by 10:30
Thankfully I haven't needed a plumber very much, but if I ever need one again I'm calling Triangle Plumbing. I had some blockage issues which turned out to be from roots in a pipe. I was looking for a plumber who did video inspections and after seeing two other glowing reviews on here went with these guys.
