Excellent bedside manor and professionalism
I am visiting from Washington, DC, and my crown fell out. After calling a number of dentist's office near the B&B I'm staying in outside of Canandaigua, I called Grateful Dental and was told to come in. Robert explained everything--cost, etc--upfront, and Dr. Terri took care of my self-declared emergency. And thank you for the cutting board as a gift!
I would highly recommend this place and am giving the contact info to the B&B owner so she can refer any other guests she has.
