The front desk lady was very friendly and professional even though some of the customers were rude to her. She was very polite and responded back to the persons comment on being on her phone texting when her job requires her to be on there regarding people’s appointments. The only negative I didn’t like was that the lady almost gave my 7 year old a shot with to big of a needle when there supposed to use a very small needle. I know this wasn’t on purpose and there short staffed but something like this needs to have her attention 100% one small mistake can lead to something much bigger. I’m not in the profession so I don’t know much but cdc states the needle for them to be small. Just want to prevent this from happening again or to someone else. She was very patient with my child who doesn’t like needles and I thank her and all the employees there for coming to work and being exposed to so many things and Covid. Again I don’t want to get her in any trouble just want to bring this to management attention.

My PCP was booked for the day so went here. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The teledoc appointment went well. The medical professional was very friendly and helpful. It was fast and I got exactly what I needed. Let the healing begin!
